Natalia Xiomara, HCS (certified Human Capital Strategist) is Principal and Founder of Employment Resource Team LLC (specializing in Human Resources Management Consulting, Career Consulting, and Employment Coaching, the parent company to: Spanish on the Green™. Natalia was born in Panama City, Panama, She lived and worked in Madrid, Spain for many years, as well as, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Italy and other European countries working in international law. She has global experience consulting companies and individuals in implementing the perfect fit for HR management, recruiting, leadership and professional development training, and talent management and acquisition. 

She is bilingual, Spanish and English, is well-versed on the cultural nuances of the Spanish-speaking communities globally. Natalia was awarded the “Woman of the Year” award for 2012/2013 by The National Association of Professional Women.  She was the Program Consultant for The Leadership Center at the Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce for four years, where she recruited and facilitated the Leadership six month program and the Executive Orientation one month program. Natalia also consulted GEM Advertising in the capacity of business development for the Hispanic and Latino markets.

Natalia is passionate about helping those who are economically disadvantaged and has worked in the non-profit sector as Program Director for Economic Development & Employment at Junta, Inc. She created Junta’s Employment and Re-entry programs, serving the Latino community of greater New Haven. She also served 3 years on the Board of Directors for the Center for Children’s Advocacy. 

After graduating from The George Washington University, Elliott School of International Affairs, in Washington, DC, Natalia worked on Capitol Hill as a Legislative Aide for a U.S. Senator and subsequently for several international law firms in the U.S. and Europe, specializing in corporate, labor and employment, and white collar crime litigation. When she isn’t running her businesses, Natalia enjoys getting on an airplane and traveling the world!

Natalia is a member of The Human Capital Institute, National Association of Professional Women, International Leadership Association, National Career Developers Association, The American Association of Teachers of Spanish and Portuguese,  the National Customer Service Association, and The George Washington University Latin American Alumni Association.
